的 College will distribute funds in two ways: automatic 分布 to federal student aid applicants with the greatest identified need as described below and by application for those who do not qualify for an automatic 分布.
For the automatic 分布, each recipient must meet the following criteria:
- Have a completed and accepted 2020-2021 (for spring 2021 and summer 2021 semesters) and/or 2021-2022 (for fall 2021, spring 2022, and summer 2022 semesters), and/or 2022-2023 (for fall 2022, spring 2023, and summer 2023 semesters) Free Application for Federal 学生资助(FAFSA)，并向资助办事处存档.
- If selected, must have completed federal verification requirements.
- Must be a US citizen or eligible non-citizen
- Must have an expected family contribution between $0-$5,711 for 2020-2021 or between $0-$5,846 for 2021-22 or between $0 – $6,201 for 2022-23.
Award amounts to eligible students can range from $750 to a maximum of $1,500. 的 highest grant amounts are provided to eligible students who exhibit the highest financial 根据其FAFSA确定的需求. Please see below for the awarding methodology.

的 remaining HEERF三世 funds are available for students who did not qualify for the automatic 分布 or have had additional unexpected expenses or incurred hardship because of COVID-19 in a semester in which the student has not received an automatic 分布. Eligible expenses include, but are not limited to, tuition, books, food, housing, health care, mental health care, or child care.
的 HEERF三世 Student 紧急 Grant funding to assist with current student account balances will only be considered as a last resort option. 要被考虑，你必须:

- Certify the relief is due to COVID-19 circumstances
Generally, the HEERF三世 funds awarded via the emergency grant application will not exceed $500 for emergency expenses and $1,000 for tuition. 请注意 exception of funding for a current account balance, students who receive the automatic 分布s are not eligible to apply for additional student emergency grant funding.

An email will be sent to your College email if/when the funds have been awarded. 紧急 grants will be processed through your Montco student account and, if you are enrolled in direct deposit, the funds will be deposited into the bank account on file. 如果你 do not have direct deposit set up with the College, you will receive a refund check 在邮件中.
